My dad turned 90 this year... who knows how many more birthdays we will help him celebrate.... I made him a cake and we played scrabble.
My parents are the cutest... and fun to play scrabble with. Every Sunday I go down and we play two games of scrabble and since my brother Gary and his wife went on a mission, we read their weekly e-mails. It's the high light of mom and dad's week and I enjoy the time and the memories I get to spend / and share with them. Love them dearly.
I love my back yard and the sunrises and sunsets we have had lately......
The pic below is one of my favorite... I love it when heaven ads a smile to the sky...
I love Halloween.... We all dressed up at our office this year, and I dressed up as Jack Skeleton. We had soup and treats for lunch at the office and then for dinner at home I made a Zombie foot meatloaf... It was actually delicious!
me and my co-workers, Stephanie and Michelle.... I go all out
My Zombie foot before and after baking.... so yummy (I sliced a garlic clove for the toenails... eww)
And we had a spooky moon!! The clouds looked like bats. Love it!
At the first of November , Juli came to visit to surprise mom and dad. We had a sister gathering with Marilyn and Nancy too... took a few fun pictures. Pictures say a thousand words.....
We tried our hand at selfies.....Helped Dad with leaves..... Lost Nancy for a minute...
I love my sisters....wish the other two would have been able to come too...
The pic below is what happens when you are making bacon to go with banana pancakes to serve to your sister... and you open the oven to check the bacon with glasses on......
last shot at the airport saying goodbye...... Love you Jules.....now it's just me back in the old routine of life.......
and I enjoyed the colors of Autumn while they lasted.......
