helping Sarah move and where's my pot of gold??

Here are the only pics i took of helping Sarah move!!!
We had planned to take a bazillion!!

Can you tell she wasn't feeling very well??

I got to take off the 'Hot Men' from the back of her door... had to be careful not to rip anything!!!

We had to go on an emergency trip for toilet paper... for some reason when you have an apartment full of girls.. no one wants to buy toilet paper!!!
It was right before Easter so Brolims had bunnies and chickens for Sale and Sarah had to pick them up even tho' there were signs plastered all over that said "Please don't pickup animals!"

And we found some lovely hats!!

The other night after a big rain storm there was part of a rainbow out and it looked so bright like the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow was just across the field!!

If i finally found my pot of gold.. I'd help my kids get through school and start life with out student loans.... I'd buy Jim a hot rod like he dreams about... and I'd buy by country house with a big porch with a bench swing..... and I'd help family who needed it.....

Random thoughts and things

Well, I just been thinking, and here are some random thoughts to ponder:
-Children grow up and go their separate ways and there is nothing you can do to stop them.
- You can't bring the little smiling kids back that your kids used to be, no matter how much you miss them, and it's terrible to look at past photo albums.. you get home sick for those little guys.
-I love the warm fuzzy feeling you can get at church!!! ( My lesson went well, and afterwards no one said a thing, we all just sat there and soaked up the feeling) so I played another song, That feeling was awesome.. I didn't want to leave!
-It pays to buy Easter candy before the day before Easter!!! All the stores in Blackfoot were out! This was the first year I had to go without Whopper EGGS!!!
-- I love 'Winnie the Pooh' Cartoons, nothing says it like Pooh did when he says "oh bother"
--I love orchestra music in songs... you listen to the right song and it pulls at your heart strings.
-I find that no matter how late you stay up trying to make tomorrow not come, it still does and you still have to get up and get ready for work...
--after lunch is a perfect nap time except when you are at work in front of a computer, I've caught myself falling asleep like the old guys at church... not fun.
--peanut butter and maple syrup are great on pancakes
--birds are chirping in the morning at 6:30 AM even if it's snowing and they don't seem to care...
--i want to plant lots of flowers in my backyard and make an outside kitchen, so I can do what i love to do most and still be outside with the fresh air and birds singing
--i would love a house with a big porch so i could have a swinging bench to sit on and enjoy the sunsets--maybe someday
--it's fun to get the giggles with the girls at work around 3 or 4 in the afternoon, it's the rummy part of the day
-- i love finding a big beautiful rainbow waiting after a big heavy rain storm... and the smell of rain!!
-- having a really good dream and wishing you could go back into it after you wake up
-- the smell of freshly washed laundry is one of the best, besides homemade bread cooking
-- and last i love finally getting into the perfect position in your bed with your pillow just right and falling into a deep sleep

Happy Easter!!

Why Did Jesus Fold the Napkin?

Thought I'd share this.. It's part of my Easter lesson tomorrow!!
Why did Jesus fold the linen burial cloth after His resurrection?
The Gospel of John (20:7) tells us that the napkin, which was placed over
the face of Jesus, was not just thrown aside like the grave clothes.
The Bible takes an entire verse to tell us that the napkin was neatly
folded, and was placed at the head of that stony coffin.
Early Sunday morning, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene came to the
tomb and found that the stone had been rolled away from the
entrance.

She ran and found Simon Peter and the other disciple, the one whom Jesus
loved. She said, 'They have taken the Lord's body out of the
tomb, and I don't know where they have put him!'

Peter and the other disciple ran to the tomb to see. The other disciple
outran Peter and got there first. He stooped and looked in
and saw the linen cloth lying there, but he didn't go in.

Then Simon Peter arrived and went inside. He also noticed the linen
wrappings lying there, while the cloth that had covered Jesus' head
was folded up and lying to the side.

Was that important? Absolutely!
Is it really significant? Yes!

In order to understand the significance of the folded napkin, you have to
understand a little bit about Hebrew tradition of that day. The folded
napkin had to do with the Master and Servant, and every Jewish boy knew this
tradition.

When the servant set the dinner table for the master, he made sure that
it was exactly the way the master wanted it.
The table was furnished perfectly, and then the servant would wait, just
out of sight, until the master had finished eating, and the
servant would not dare touch that table, until the master was finished.

Now if the master were done eating, he would rise from the table, wipe
his fingers, his mouth, and clean his beard, and would wad up that
napkin and toss it onto the table.

The servant would then know to clear the table. For in those days, the
wadded napkin meant, 'I'm done'.
But if the master got up from the table, and folded his napkin, and laid
it beside his plate, the servant would not dare touch the table,

because..........

The folded napkin meant, 'I'm coming back!

Isn't that awesome!!!
