An Evening visitor!

We had our usual Monday evening going, we had just finished dinner, and one of the Katseanes boys knocked on the door and said there was a moose in our neighbors yard down the road. So of course we grabbed the camera and off we ran to get a look. It was just meandering down everyone's back yard and munching on bushes and then it would go into the next yard. It's walking over the fence on it's way to our yard...

It made it into our yard and was shy at first... see it peeking around our shed?


It kind of blends in with the tree... but it's there eating leaves off of our poplar tree...


Then it decided to move down to our other poplar tree... Tyson Katseanes took my camera and snuck under the willow tree to get closer pics....



It was going to go over to the neighbor's house to the right of us... and then decided to stay in our yard... and back to our poplar tree. Must have like the leaves.




it was getting quite dark... we had the flash on but zooming in with the lense only made it so the flash made the moose's eye's glow!! It looks possessed!! hahaha

This is the poplar tree it ate. When it got full, it turned and stepped over our back fence and into the potato field. And just wandered off.

Wonder where he/she went?? and where it came from?
