Last night was my last night in the "Basic Cake Decorating" Class I was taking. We learned how to make ribbon roses, I still need to practice a bit but I got my cake done, and I thought it turned out pretty good.... I should have written 'Think Spring' on it instead of 'Happy Spring' since we woke up to snow this morning and spring seems to not want to be here.
now starting Tues., May 3rd I get to start the 'Fondant and Gum Paste" Class. Woo hooo!! Anyone need a cake?
